Jay Bhatti

Creating has always been Jay’s greatest desire. He spent his childhood building characters out of Lego and cardboard, acting out stories of creatures and heroes from far off worlds battling it out. In school he furthered this passion into his artwork, creating his own style in paint and models, and later into developing short films. 

Jay’s novel ‘A Day in the Section’ is the first of what will be a trilogy of spy thrillers. His writing is influenced not only by the countless great thrillers that exist on the page and screen but also by a reflection of the world we inhabit. Jay has crafted a more grounded take on the format, swapping out the big explosions for a more immersive look into the agents themselves. But there are still plenty of suspenseful scenes to keep readers on the edge until the final, heart-pounding climax.
